I designed an inside coupling for 1 1/4" PVC pipe, created using Tinkercad, to connect PVC pipes for RC car tracks with precision. Although the fit could be snugger, applying clear tape resolves this issue easily. It's worth noting that not all PVC materials are manufactured equally - some provide a tight fit while others require sanding or tape wrapping for a secure connection. However, my coupling worked flawlessly on the RC track, eliminating any catching issues on straightaways.
