Printable parts are available to adapt ChilLED GEN2 or RapidLED 140 pin heatsinks to 1.0 inch aluminum 80/20 extrusions for hanging purposes. For a more permanent attachment, tap each end of the 1.0 inch extrusion with 1/4-20 threads to secure the endcaps in place. ChilLED gen2 heatsinks require countersink 6-32 x 1.0 inch long machine screws, which can be purchased at https://amzn.to/2PQx8JT. RapidLED 140mm pin heatsinks to 3D printed parts can be secured with m3 countersink machine screws, measuring 16mm in length. To create one LED bar, you will need the following printable parts: * (2) x ENDCAP 1IN * (2) x PIN 1IN. TNUT for each 140mm pin heatsink that you have. Two models are available: "normal tolerance" and "tight tolerance." The former should slide easily into your aluminum 1 inch extrusion, while the latter may require filing or sanding to achieve a secure fit. If using ChilLED boards, four ChilLED 1IN. TNUT blocks will be required for each heatsink, placed at each corner of the board. To replicate bars like LOKI GRO on Instagram, you will need: * Aluminum extrusions measuring between 36 and 47 inches in length, available from "TNUTZ" with a profile of 1.0 inch x 1.0 inch "10 series" and a 6mm slot. * Two extrusions per LED bar are necessary. * End tapping is required on both sides of each extrusion; you can opt for TNUTZ to do this for an additional charge. * Machine screws that fit the end tap must also be purchased, which can be obtained directly from TNUTZ.
