08 Mustang V6 or Gt A/C Blend Door Gear

Often on mustangs around the 08 year there is an issue where you will hear a click when changing A/C settings. The gear inside the blend doors goes bad. This replaces the gear instead of paying the $30 or so dollars for the whole blend door. Just pop all the clips around the blend door and remove the middle gear. It should have a few teeth snapped off. Then reinsert the 3d printed one and clip it all back together. While PLA is probably okay id suggest using ABS just for that temperature safety. The inside of a car can be hot. This is a part you don't want to get soft. Rafts - Try not to use rafts as they flair out the top of the gear and makes for a lot of finish work.
