Pokémon Diglett Prints in One Piece Without Supports, Requires Some Caution The design of this Pokémon model is impressive, featuring a dual extrusion low polygon style that showcases its unique features. To ensure a successful print, it's essential to be aware that printing in one piece without supports can be precarious. For those who want to push the boundaries of their 3D printing skills, you can attempt to print the entire model in one piece by inserting a pause between the nose and rocks section. This can be done manually or with the help of a slicer, but it's not recommended for beginners. An alternative approach is to print the rocks as separate pieces, which may compromise the overall look and feel of the model. However, this method is more stable and easier to manage. As an example, I printed the Pokémon Diglett at 10cm tall, scaling it down from a larger version that I have in my collection. To achieve a smooth finish, I used three shells with a wall thickness of 0.4mm and infill. The single color version should print similarly, but without the extra walls between parts.
