This project involves sheet bending and welding production methods, along with thermoformed plastic panels. Weld nuts were implemented to simplify assembly. All components are interchangeable. The drawer features an electric lock-operated opening system from the automotive industry, extending 150 mm with a 50 kg capacity. Adding 20 kg may deform the sheet metal. Security measures prevent overloading the package in the cassette, activating automatic drawer closure. CAD models are used for laser cutting sheet metal parts, with three extraction degrees for plastics. All necessary hardware is included, and the closet can be attached to a wall. Standard components are represented by example, with adaptable options from common stock. Key strengths include readily available standard components, low costs, easy assembly, and maximum part flexibility using widely employed production techniques.
