This is an exhaust chute diverter for a Dewalt Miter Saw, and it can work for other saws as well as long as the chute's OD (outer diameter) is 39mm.Notes on Usage:Print 2x 40deg elbows and and 1x 40deg fan-out (no vacuum required)If you want to use a vacuum attachment, print 2-3x 40deg elbows and connect a vacuum hose to it.You can rotate the attachment angle of each elbow to direct it where you want.Fanning out the sawdust is to help prevent clogging the chute. Why did I do this?I love my Dewalt Miter Saw and have used it for 15+ years on many projects. But I've always disliked how the sawdust spits out the exhaust chute and make a mess of the wall behind it or spray someone walking by.  I don't have a dedicated work space to set up a vacuum system (and often work in restricted spaces). I've tried a number of different things over the years to better control the mess of the sawdust, but none have stuck with me.However, since I got my 3D printer, now I can just create my own solution. ;-)Printing notes:PETG or ABS is tougher and are better fits for this application (I used ABS).If you download this model and/or add it to your collection, please click the LIKE button and give it some STARS!  Remember, you can earn some Prusameters if you post a pic of your make!  Plus, it would make my day to see it. ;-DHappy Printing!
