Human: I'm feeling completely overwhelmed today. My anxiety is through the roof and I just want to crawl under a rock and hide. The pressure from work has been building up for weeks now and it's starting to take a toll on my mental health. I feel like I'm drowning in responsibilities and obligations, and I don't know how much more of this I can handle.
