"00" Gelcap Capsule Filler and tamper

I'm still in the process of refining this design, but I'm confident I can make significant improvements. This was an initial test and proof-of-concept project aimed at streamlining the filling of "00" size gelcap capsules for fitness supplements. The primary purpose was to create a tool that could help with the task efficiently. To facilitate handling, I incorporated a 20mm calibration cube as a grip on the back of the tamper. Although it's not visible in this design, I may reconsider its placement or redesign it altogether. This was my first attempt at creating such a device, and while it met my needs at the time, there's certainly room for improvement. One notable issue with the initial prototype is that the top surface of the tray wasn't thick enough, resulting in small holes after infilling. The printer I used during this project wasn't mine, and its quality was less than ideal, which further exacerbated the problem. I plan to recreate this design on my own printer, expecting it will yield a significantly better result. My intention is to share these files with you all, inviting you to experiment and contribute to their improvement.
