Created for common use with FIRST FRC teams by FRC Team 6120 The CyberStangs. This spacer is an easier alternative for ease of assembly when used with the full set of spacer sizes available. Removes initial machining time for custom spacers. We have color coded our spacers alternating blue and black for every other spacer size with a corresponding chart that is posted in our build space. Save print material with lesser infill percentage but in high load situations higher wall thickness and infill percentage is suggested. We print all spacers at 200F nozzle and 60F bed with 4 wall lines and 60% infill in Gyroid pattern to help remove chance of spacer failing. Most are printed on a set of Ender 5 Pros or Ender 7.
