This a remix (lost track of where original version is from) of a basic toolholder, but this version accommodates the pillow block bearing for those that have installed a dual-z axis kit.

This remixed part has a wider face (+ 0.85mm extending toward the rear of the printer) to replace the stacks of paper / business cards I was using temporarily to make sure the lead screw on the z axis was straight.
