Step 1: the only step is too carefully sketch out the part and precisely do the correct dimensions and boss extrudeStep 2: just be carful with some of the curves when using either arcs or circles

I started by sketching out the front profile, making sure all the measurements including radius' were correct, then I boss extruded the model without including the circle.

I started by sketching out all of the straight lines and dimensioning them as such. To create the curved geometry, I used two different types of arcs. I created a centerpoint arc, using the midpoint of the long line in the bottom right as the center....

Steps:1. Started the sketch o the 40mm ark and dimensioned as I went, when I got to the corner with the two tangent arcs, I made the horizontal line coming from the 45 angle coincident with the point of the 29mm arc.2. Extruded to part width3.
