simplify3d snapmaker 2

In my never ending quest to have a better mount for SunLu filament spools on my Snapmaker 2.0, I’ve remixed this awesome bolt from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1241566 to fit on the factory rod.

... it needs to go inside the 3d print head. Other designs had nothing, so the filament had to jump a gap to get to the extruder guide. Tested on the updated single-extruder 3d print head, but should work on the original Snapmaker 2.0 3d print head.
