It's the Rugged Desktop Organizer designed by Byzantium3D and remixed by JohnFCreep but without the slot in the back.

This is a modified version of the original design located at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4156869, created by Byzantium3D, with just one significant difference.

I don't need the SD & USB slots so I replaced that part with a small holding area. I also fixed a few errors / bad triangles in the original STL. ... Like the original, it comes in two pieces but I also made an "all-in-one" piece if needed.
