I modified uwe999's MOSFET mount to be shorter by attaching it to the two standoffs closest to the LCD screen. I used spare PC bracket screws to secure the MOSFET to the printed bracket. The dimensions are 7.05 cm by 10.92cm with a height of 0.8 cm.
