I designed a custom hot end blower duct that disperses air from four strategically positioned outlets surrounding the nozzle, replacing the standard single-slot design that didn't meet my expectations.

My spool holder nut kept getting knocked off if the spool was bumped. Eventually it broke so I designed these in Fusion 360. One is 10mm thick for the outside end to be more robust. One is 5mm thick for the inside end where it attaches to the frame.

I wasn't pleased with the standard hot end blower duct's performance, so I took matters into my own hands and created a new design that directs airflow from four distinct points surrounding the nozzle instead of relying on a solitary slot.
