Dual fan mount for Monoprice Mini v2 3d printer. Uses a 30mm fan for cooling the hotend and a 3010 blower fan for part cooling. I'm using it with an e3d v6 hotend though it should work with the stock hotend. Bolts directly onto the stock carriage.
