Cleaned up the mesh, tweaked the fingers to require fewer supports and added a .blend file for adjusting height - just need to figure it out in Blender. Still need to test them at full range. ...Not an expert, so any obvious mistakes are on me.

Did a bit of cleanup on the mesh, curled the fingers a bit more so less supports are needed, and included a .blend file so the height can be adjusted (as long as you can work it out on Blender!). I haven't gotten a chance to test them at the range...
