This is a desk name plaque I created for friends at work. The EGAs on the sides and rank insignia in the middle are all removable to pack it up neat. Pieces can be easily interchanged too. I'm uploading the ranks that I compiled from another design...

I'm not convinced that Marine Corps keychain will fly off the shelves as-is; we might need to shrink it down a bit to make it more appealing.
