You only need a 20mm wooden rod with the length you want.The wall mounts are printed without top and bottom layers.I printed with 10 lines wall thickness and the infill was 15% with double lines.

This design was generously shared by a GrabCAD user, so I reassembled it and rendered it in SolidWorks simply for enjoyment.

All I did was open up the hole a little bit because the conduit I grabbed didn't fit. I live in the US so the conduit I have should be 1/2" but I put my calipers on it and it was 18mm. ...Hole is 18.5mm and the pipe fits snugly now.
