Adhesive nails compatible with tesa refill strips in various sizes. I print mine in 0.1mm layer height to get a nicer definition on the plate and hook.  The model is parametric for use in openSCAD with clear parameters for changing various settings.

The slot in the wall mount piece (the one that directly contacts the 3M strip) has a gap of 2.3mm, so I had ~0.50 clearance on either side (theoretically, but bridged surfaces sag and take up more space). Be careful not to add too many top layers...
