This revised version perfectly matches the existing holes, but with slightly larger dimensions to snugly fit into the receiver, thereby minimizing stress caused by movement and rattling sounds.

I used tree supports, mainly because they are much easier to break away. I didn't add the text as it doesn't really need the detail. You could always just print out decals, which would probably work better anyway. ...I have included a sticker sheet.
