... everything goes, primary thing is to print the blade at 95% infill in a laying orientation. Sheath separated in front, back with clip and 6 pins. All at 100% infill, the shell printed sideways to prevent the clip from breaking. ... Have fun!

Took the previous sheath, fixed it (it has a big triangular gouge out of the back of it) and made it fit the knife i wanted it to fit. ...Put a dropper belt loop on it.

... thrilled with the outcome of the blade, but I'd definitely like to add more intricate details to the handle later on using Zbrush. The result is a good starting point for now, and I plan to move forward by crafting a sheath to complement my sword.
