Thanks for checking out my design! ...I modelled this using Fusion 360.  The two files are separate, however they fit into each other nicely. For a better fit, add superglue where needed.

I just removed the side to save some filament and beefed up the hook area with a little bit more width and a chamfer

Make sure you print all of the parts before assembly it makes it so much easier.
