First I made circle sketch and then sketched out the middle spoke part and rounded the edges using circles, then I used a circular pattern to copy and paste the spokes, then I used an extrude cut to cut the edge on the back.

Tools used: Trim entities, Circular Pattern, Line tool, circle tools, fillet.Mass: 84184.05

This part is design in catia software in sheetmetal work.
