I took the original vise block clamp and just nudged the pic rail portion by 0.0625". DPMS low is 1/8", DPMS high is 3/16", 3/16" - 1/8" = 0.0625". ...Haven't tested this (yet), but this should line up just fine for DPMS high uppers.
