I did reference the proper design of a D20 dice, so the numbers are not randomly assigned. I did a re-design to remove the ridges and inset the numbers, I find this prints nicer on FDM machines this way. Standard tree supports with Cura work...

Printing without supports works, but some of the numbers will get a bit droopy. Nothing you can't clean up with snips. ... This is a countdown die, so it is not well suited for fair rolling, but for keeping track of things.
