7 sided die 3d models

I'm looking at the file and there's this weird square piece that refuses to go away, can you take care of it?

I crafted this object using Tinkercad, a versatile online design tool accessible here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0OyCuhVcwAn. ...However, I discovered that the hole diameter deviates slightly from perfection.

I converted the file using an STL converter and successfully exported it as a valid STL model.
