I'm always reaching for this versatile tool when I need to quickly drill a precise 1/4-20 camera screw-sized hole into various materials.

Most cameras or tripod mounts use a 1/4"-20 screws. By using a lock nut you can tighten the camera on the adapter. I used M3 threaded inserts and M3 hex colts to capture the ¼-20 screw in the middle of the mount and recessed so that it cannot turn.
